Ingredients: 8 cooked prawns, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1 large firm mango (peeled and shredded), 1 small cucumber (peeled and shredded, 16 cherry tomatoes (cut into halves), 1 cup bean sprouts, 1 cup lime dressing. Procedure: Mix all ingredients together (except the prawns) then divide the mix into four portions and place onto plate. Place two prawns on each salad and serve. Lime dressing: Ingredients: 1/2 cup lime juice, 1 tbsp palm sugar (or raw sugar), 1 clove garlic (crush finely), 2 hot chilies (crush finely), 1 tsp sea salt. Procedure: Mix all ingredients together. Ginger miso dressing - Ingredients: 1 clove garlic (crushed), Small knob ginger (finely chopped), 2 tbsp yellow organic miso paste, 1/2 cup organic apple cider, 1/4 cup charged water, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp raw honey , Celtic sea salt to taste. Procedure: Combine all the ingredients and blend it up until smooth. Store in refrigeration until needed. This dressing can be used with all leaf salads as well as all vegetables. It is also great for marinating meat or seafood. Raw sweet potato and leek soup - Ingredients: 1 lb sweet potato, 1 lb leek, 1 avocado, 1 tbsp Braggs seasoning, 1 small knob ginger (finely chopped), 1/2 white onion, 1 vine-ripened tomato, Celtic sea salt and pepper to taste, 1 cups charged water. Procedure: Peel, wash, and chop the sweet potato and leeks. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the texture is smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
